New Habits for New Year!

New Year ResolutionWhew! Another year comes to a close as we embark upon a New Year.

Whoever said all you have to do is to do something for a 21 days and it becomes a habit – LIED! If this were true, I would be:

  • a master at managing my time effectively.
  • eating only healthy foods.
  • exercising 5 days a week.
  • effective at keeping my working space neat and organized.
